We’re excited to invite Year 6 parents and carers to a special Transition Café designed to support you and your child as they prepare for the big move to secondary school.

Join Lauren Read from Place2Be and Roya Diggs, our Family Support Worker, for a relaxed and informative session where we’ll explore the emotional, social and practical aspects of this important milestone.
