The Wyvil Harvest Festival was led by our Year 6 pupils on Thursday 9th October. Their ‘Mayan Harvest’ performance to pupils and parents demonstrated the effectiveness of our new curriculum. Food technology, history, geography, computing and literacy lessons all contributed to a creative learning approach and an engaging performance. Once again, we have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our school community. Donations of tinned and packet foods were displayed during the Harvest festival and they will be delivered to the Vauxhall City Mission by our School Councillors. The food will be used to provide meals for homeless people in our area.
